We offer one to one personal training services. Through personal training you are much more likely to achieve the results you desire, because you will be doing the right blend of exercises, with the right technique, and at the right intensity. With our personal trainers you will get a personally tailored fitness program for each session, encouragement and motivation. We look at where you are now and where you want to be. Adult group sessions are currently running during the afternoons. This session is suitable for ladies groups who are keen to promote health and fitness to their members. If you are interested in bringing a group of ladies please contact us for further information.
Weight Management
Our fitness instructors are all qualified to a minimum level 3 on nutrition and weight management and can offer members nutritional advice, recommend sensible healthy eating strategies and modify members diets for a variety of needs to compliment any training programme
Health Advice
The Healthy Lifestyles Team offers advice and support on weight management, workplace health and physical activity. A member of this team is available for confidential sessions on a weekly basis. The sessions cover healthy eating, being physically active, goal setting, staying motivated, and maintaining healthy lifestyle changes. This service is available to women aged 15-74 who have a BMI of 25+.

Youth sessions are held during the afternoons. We have devised a programme with local schools to use our facilities (gym, toning tables and dance studio) to promote health and fitness with 13-15 year old females. We welcome any queries for further youth group sessions.
